Eligibility for Returns
- You can return items within 10 days of receiving your order.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Please note: Sale items are not eligible for returns, but can be exchanged (see below).
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at support@souledtrends.com within the return window.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back to us.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refund Policy
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as store credit.
- Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. The time it takes for the credit to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank.
Store Credit
- Refunds will be issued only as store credit, which can be used for future purchases at Souled Trends. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds back to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy for Sale Items
